As a solo traveler, the hotel was a cozy and warm retreat even without needing the heating on during the cold Queenstown days. The easy access to the main road from my sliding door allowed for natural light to brighten the room, making it a comfortable stay. However, the limited availability of rooms with a view was a mild downside during my visit.

Staying at the hotel was a comfortable and warm experience with a beautiful view of the lake, but the room layout was a bit big for our liking, lacking a TV in the bedroom. Adding a sofa and comfy chairs would have made it even better.

Rooms

The room was warm, clean, and comfortable with a nice view of the lake. It was spacious but lacked a TV in the bedroom and needed more seating.

The staff were amazing, providing a parking space in the garage for easy access to our room. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful, even waiting for our late check-in.

While the dining was closed for the weekend, I heard it's tasty and offers great value. Starting your day with their breakfast is a must.
Facilities
The hotel offers self-catering facilities and has a stunning view of the lake. However, the room could use some improvements like adding more seating options and a TV in the bedroom.
